Program Description

The Program sends recurring automated text messages with service updates, account-related notifications, and — if you separately opt in — marketing communications about new discounts, benefits guides, and resources relevant to veterans, first responders, teachers, and healthcare workers.

Consent

Consent to receive informational/service texts and consent to receive marketing texts are collected separately via two independent checkboxes on our Get Updates page. Consent is never required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services, and is not required to use any resource, tool, or download on the Site.

Message Frequency & Cost

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Benefits for Heroes does not charge for the Program itself.

How to Opt Out

You can cancel the Program at any time. Text STOP to any message from us. After you send the SMS message STOP, we will send you a reply confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages from us unless you opt in again.

Supported Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The Program is compatible with most major U.S. mobile carriers.

Changes to the Program

We may modify or discontinue the Program at any time. Material changes to these SMS Terms will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
